The manual worm gear 3-way ball valve is a versatile and reliable solution designed for complex flow control and media distribution in industrial piping systems. Equipped with a ruggedized worm gear actuator, the valve can be operated manually, making it easy to achieve precise control even in large or high-pressure systems. The tee design allows switching, mixing or transferring of media flow between three different passages, ideal for applications requiring multiple flow paths or redirection.

Product Characteristics

Worm gear transmission: Adopting worm gear transmission mechanism, the manual operation is smooth and precise, which can reduce the torque required to open or close the valve. Suitable for large size valves or high pressure systems where the handle cannot be operated directly.

Tee design: T- and L-port configurations are available to meet specific flow path requirements: T-port: Allows mixing or transferring of media between the three channels.

L-Port: Used to switch the media flow between two channels.

Full Pass or Reduced Bore Options: Full Pass: Provides minimum flow resistance and maintains maximum flow. Reduced Bore: Optimizes cost and space for systems with lower flow requirements.

Sealing and leakage prevention: Equipped with PTFE or RPTFE seats for excellent sealing performance, low coefficient of friction and chemical resistance. Optional high temperature resistant sealing materials are available for specific applications.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Body materials include 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, or cast steel for resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and high pressure. The worm gear box is rugged and durable for long term use in harsh environments.
