Product Characteristics

High-pressure performance: High-pressure electrically actuated ball valves are designed for high-pressure applications with working pressures up to 4,500 psi (300 bar) or more, depending on size and material selection. The full bore design of the ball valve ensures minimal pressure drop for on/off and flow control operations in high pressure systems.

Motorized Actuators: Integrated motorized actuators provide precise and reliable control with remote operation for on/off, modulating or multi-turn control applications. A wide range of actuation types are available: on/off, modulating and explosion proof, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of automation systems and safety requirements.
Position feedback and limit switches ensure precise monitoring and control and can be automatically integrated with SCADA, PLC or DCS systems.

Full Bore Design: The full bore design reduces friction losses and provides wider flow paths to ensure minimum pressure loss and optimal flow control in high pressure applications.

Material selection: Valve bodies are made of forged stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316, 316L), carbon steel, or alloy steel for excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and high-pressure handling. Seats are typically made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) for excellent sealing performance, chemical resistance, and low friction.

Leak-free operation: The ball valve utilizes a precision-machined ball and elastomeric sealing system to ensure zero leakage even under high pressure conditions.
